Group Classes

Classes on offer

Group classes on offer include grounding Yoga Flow, nourishing Yin Yoga or invigorating Yoga for Cyclists . Classes are held weekly during school term times at Long Ashton Community Centre, in the Jubilee Pavillion on Tuesdays and the Village Hall on Thursdays.

Special offers

If you book a whole term

Book a whole term and benefit from paying £2 less per class. The reduced price is applied automatically during checkout, when you select all dates available for a term during booking. If you subsequently find you unable to make one of the classes in the term booked, you can carry forward one class to the following term as a credit or attend an alternative class instead. Please contact Gait if this is the case.

If you book both Yoga Flow and Yin Yoga

Balance yang with yin by pairing a dynamic Yoga Flow class with a soothing Yin Yoga class and pay just £17 for both, saving £5. You get a further reduction if you book for a whole term (£15 per combined class). To get the special price, purchase a Flow + Yin class pass using the link below (single or term pass). This can then be used as your payment when you book a Yoga Flow and Yin class bookings.

If you are a new starter

If you are a new to my classes, you are welcome to try a class for just £5 to see if the classes are for you. You can purchase a new starter class pass via the button below, which can then be applied against any single class booking.

Yoga Flow

Tuesdays 7.15pm - 8.15pm, Jubilee Pavillion

£12 for 1h (drop-in)/£10 for 1h (term)

Dynamic vinyasa style of yoga practise, linking breath with movement in a continuous flow of poses, helping bring balance to mind & body. Tune into your body, connect to self and indulge in some me-time on the mat.

Yin Yoga

8.15pm - 9.00pm, Jubilee Pavillion

£10 for 45min (drop-in)/£8 for 45min (term)

Slow, meditative style of yoga designed to encourage flow of chi to bring about physical, mental and emotional balance. Poses are held for longer than in traditional yoga classes, typically 3-5 minutes. This targets deeper tissue & fascia, and allows for a deeper experience whilst calming the nervous system.

Yoga for Cyclists

7.30pm - 8.30pm, Village Hall

£12 for 1h (drop-in)/£10 for 1h (term)

Classes aimed to support cyclists to build strength & stability, increase mobility & alleviate tightness in the body. Breathwork focuses the mind and enhances performance. Whilst aimed at cyclists, there is no requirement to be a cyclist to attend, all are welcome to come feel the benefits from this class.
